1. How do I exchange or return my product?

NANNACAY guarantees to exchange or make the return of the product, for it is necessary that it falls into the following conditions:
Communication to Customer Service must occur within 7 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the goods at the delivery address (according to article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code).
The product must be returned in its original packaging, its accessories (if any), without any indication of use and with the label (we reserve the right not to comply with the exchange obligation that clearly shows signs of misuse).

2. How to exchange or return a defective product?
